​Managing Social Anxiety: A Skills Group for Teens
 

Is your teen constantly overthinking social interactions?

They may:

  • Avoid speaking up in class—even when they know the answer

  • Replay conversations in their head, wondering if they said something “weird”

  • Struggle to connect with peers, even though they want to

  • Appear “fine” on the outside, but feel anxious and overwhelmed inside

 

If that sounds familiar, they’re not alone—and they don’t have to figure it out alone.


This group supports teens who are driven and thoughtful, but often feel anxious in social settings,
struggle to let their guard down, or feel pressure to get things “just right”—
even though they want to connect more easily with others.​
