Managing Social Anxiety:
A Teen Skills Group
Designed for teens who experience social anxiety and want to feel more confident, connected, and at ease in social situations.
Social anxiety can be incredibly isolating.
Teens who experience it often feel like everyone else has it all figured out—how to talk, when to speak, how to "fit in." They may want connection but feel stuck behind a wall of fear, self-doubt, and overthinking. And when they try to talk about it, it’s hard to find someone who truly understands. That disconnect can make it even harder to reach out again.
What if there was a way to learn these skills?
What if your teen could learn how to be more open with themselves and others, build self-assurance in social situations, let go of perfectionism, and connect with peers who truly get it? This group is designed to help them do exactly that—through skills, support, and a space where they don’t have to hide who they are.
